I use the pitch correction in garage band, it sounds nice but I need something for when I work in Auria pro.
The included retune in Auria pro sounds like crap.
Also any advice for a good sounding vocoder ?

In my experience, the vocal tuning apps on iOS are woefully lacking. There's Autotune mobile - it's ok. It's IAA only. There's TC-Helicon Voice Rack FX - it's AUv3, which is good, it's aight (I actually prefer using it as multi fx on other stuff). There's Voloco, but I don't think it's even IAA... those are the only ones I know.
I think about this a lot. And frankly, any vocal work I end up doing is still going to need to be done in a desktop DAW (likely Reason at this point, I have it, and the pitch correction is pretty darn good and flexible). I hope others have had better iOS only experiences they can share
For natural sounding pitch correction there isn't anything stellar on iOS, GarageBand and TC Helicon VoiceRack FX are probably the best of an uninspiring bunch.
For actual vocoding DerVoco by BeepStreet is pretty damn good, you can choose any synth be used as the carrier, I've had great results with Zeeon and D1. This requires a host that can do audio routing (AUM or Auria are the only two I know of) and you also need to input MIDI notes to drive the melody. Excellent vocoding sounds to be had if you take the trouble to set it up.

For me, Voice Synth is by far the best. Aside from autotuning vocals it's just a bad ass underrated synth that no one talks about.

For a cheap solution try Harmonizr (was $5 when I bought it). For a bit more $'s try Harmony 8. There might be some pitch shifting apps that can fix the odd bad note on a
Vocal.Auto tune has many use cases so many apps can approximate it for those cases. Good/Bad then becomes relative to the ear's judgement. Autocad to Cher just sounded so cool. Aliasing at it's best. 'Do you believe?' Changed an era. AT. Artificial Talent.
I'll second that Voice Synth is pretty cool, I've had a some nice results with it. But being a StudioOne/Melodyne owner, I don't think there's anything on iOS that comes close to what that package can do in terms of natural sounding pitch correction.
Also FYI , as @richardyot alluded to, vocoding is a completely separate beast than pitch correction; basically the mic input is used to impose amp and filter envelopes over the carrier wave, which most commonly is a synth providing timbre and pitch.
One of the cool things about VoiceSynth (although I struggled with it) was it's ability to listen to midi note input to drive it's pitch correction.- edited December 2018
I've approached voice synth many a times and have always walked away with nothing. The interface is hyper confusing to my brain and I find the sound rather irritating.
In contrast tc helicon voice rack gets me the auto tune results with little fuss. When it comes to vocoders iVoxel is still my favourite in terms of sound and usability.
In any case make sure you feed it strong and clean signal or you'll be getting unwanted wobbles no matter what app it is.
